How Asset Exchanges Work

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

1. Log in to your CircleHash account.
2. Navigate to the "WalletBalance" section.

Step 2: Initiate an Exchange

1. Click on the "Exchange" button located next to the "Withdraw" option.
2. In the exchange modal, select the currencies you want to exchange from and to.
3. Enter the amount of the original currency you wish to exchange.

Step 3: Preview Your Exchange Order

1. Click on "Preview Exchange Order" to review the details of your exchange.
2. You'll see the exact amount of the new currency you'll receive, along with any applicable fees.
3. This preview order is locked for 2 minutes to ensure transparency and prevent any unwanted fees.

Step 4: Confirm or Cancel Your Exchange

1. On the Preview Order screen, you can see:

• The amount of the new currency you'll receive.
• The fees in the original currency amount.
• The equivalent in USD based on the latest exchange rate.

2. You have the option to either accept or cancel the exchange.

Additional Information

• We charge a 3% fee from the original currency amount during the exchange process.
• After confirming the exchange order, the order amount will be deducted from your original wallet and typically credited to your destination wallet in no more than 5 minutes.

View Your Exchange History

You can review all your exchange orders in the "Exchange" tab within the "WalletBalance" section. For a detailed history of your earnings and transactions, head to the "Transactions" tab.
